Introducing the newest model of the TTI M4E1 Ultralight. It now features a 13.9 Criterion barrel thats pin and welded to make it a legal 16in. Note that this is CA COMPLIANT and we are able to ship it to your prefered FFL if you are not local to us. The EXPS3-1 is included in the price. This is factory tuned and has been test fired.
